Current Meal Plan

My current meal plan seems to be:
Breakfast: Diced Golden Delicious Apple, Oolong tea (24)
Lunch: Diced Golden Delicious Apple, Oolong tea (24-40)
Dinner: Homemade meatless lamb broth, veggie & lentil soup, whipped jelly with whipped cream, peppermint tea (49)
Snacks: Black coffee x3 (12), Watermelon & Strawberry fruit salad (20), Hot Chocolate (25)

Sometimes I have two fruit salads, or an extra hot chocolate, but this is basically it at the moment. Usually around 200-300cal. I'm on a real apple kick at the moment, but still trying to get a little variety in.
