My bodybuilder mate (who obsesses similarly to how I do) posted this picture up from a newspaper, saying how the 'average' Australian is fat, and needs to show some pride and hit the gym.
He's pretty awesome :) Before I started my blog (a week ago - woo!) he was the only person I know who understands food & weight obsessions. Funnily enough, he's actually a nurse at the hospital I was inpatient in - though in the psych ward on the floor below the ED ward (though I've still never met him). Small world!
Fuck Fat. Fuck Food. Fuck Average. Fuck Australia.
